Should this guy be arrested or not? A Philadelphia man recently robbed a Rite Aid Pharmacy with an apology note. The man approached a cashier before handing over a note that read, “Give me all the money. I’m sorry, I have a sick child. You have 15 seconds.’’ The cashier stuffed an unknown amount of money into a bag before the man asked for more. The cashier obliged. No one was injured.
